I don’t know about you, but I’m super excited to see a growing number of nonprofits and fundraising leaders taking a stand and making a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in our sector.
But we aren’t going to be able to move the needle on change unless we start talking openly about power and privilege, and how those dynamics influence everything we do at our organizations.
That’s why I’ve invited nonprofit leaders Tanya Rumble and Nicole McVan to join me this week for an interactive conversation about power and privilege in fundraising, and how these dynamics are impacting you, your team and your results.
